Various responsibilities in advanced software and algorithm development, proposals, marketing, accounting and financial projections, and general management. Developed algorithms and code for passive ranging, turbulence mitigation, and atmospheric modeling. Managed all company finances, accounts, contracts, accountants, timesheets, and tax preparation. Successfully completed a Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) pre-award and post-award audit. Co-managed a standards compliant site security and information system program for critical company assets and resolved issues. Resolved issues with government contracting and company legal services.

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI)

Research Engineer

2007-2010

Worked with leaders in radar and target tracking in a variety of contracts in support of the military. Assisted in target Impact Point Prediction (IPP) to further the safety of our troops in Iraq. Developing software and performing analysis for the Army's Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) program. Developed code to interact with CRAMC2 and perform analysis on many of the experimental and fielded systems.

Contemporary Digital Solutions

Software Engineer

2004-2006

Lead role in code design, development, documentation, and marketing. Designed overall architecture, then developed key applications and interfaced with core libraries. Managed resources and established timelines for medium size projects. (~75k SLOC) Developed Software: TMATS Explorer, Maestro, MUXConfig, Insight, TMATS Wizard, others. Additional Projects: created company website, created marketing material, manned booth at the 2005 International Telemetry Conference, participated in the Range Commander's Council (RCC) Telemetry Group (TM) Working Group Meeting for the development of IRIG 106 Chapter 10.

TelTron Telemetry Systems

2002-2004

Designed digital, real-time telemetry systems in support of the Army’s National Missile Defense (NMD) program. Managed databases, developed complex front-ends, and developed telemetry algorithms. Developed Software: RCI, TLMDisplay 2 (and Air Panel), TMView Updates.

Worked under contract for CAS, Inc.(now part of Wyle Labs) Managed data, wrote programs, and provided general supported the Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) Provided support for the NMD Integrated Flight Tests (IFT) Wrote analysis applications for the Airborne Surveillance Testbed 2 (AST-2).

Assisted with arrangements for guest speakers at the local AESS/GRS society chapter.

RoboCup 2007

Lead Voluneer

2007

Acted as a lead volunteer at the RoboCup 2007 international robotics event at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Worked closely with event coordinators to ensure the success of the event by managing other volunteers, assisting KS1 Security, distributing equipment to league coordinators, and assisting an international array of participants with issues ranging from internet connectivity to personal medical problems. Assisted in the setup and teardown of the venue.
